Desiree Scott
Program Director, Family Services

Desiree holds a BA in Human Development and Family Studies and a MS in Human and Social Services with a concentration in Military Culture and Families. She previously served in the Air Force as a Public Health Technician, where she was responsible for community outreach.  Desiree has extensive experience working with diverse groups of families, providing a variety of support services. Her vision is to expand the kinship program through new and sustainable community partnerships with the goal to provide resources to communities throughout Alaska. Desiree is excited to utilize her education and professional experience in supporting Alaskan children and families. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring new places.
