Families come to VOA with a wide range of needs and it is our mission to help you and your loved one make progress on your own goals. 

Part of that mission is continually improving our services to better suit the needs of our community. Your response to our quarterly satisfaction surveys plays a crucial role in helping us to determine where to focus our efforts or if there are needs we aren’t meeting. We also read those personal comments and share them throughout the organization.
