Sara Clark grew up in Alaska and received her BA in Psychology from University of Alaska Anchorage. She developed a passion for public health while working on substance abuse prevention initiatives at the State of Alaska. She knew this field would keep her enthusiastic in her work and would improve the health of her community. Joining the team at VOA allowed Sara to apply years of experience as well as her commitment to improve the health and wellness of Alaska families. When not working at VOA, Sara enjoys being outdoors with her family, listening to music and knitting warm things.
